Project Overview: Drove creative strategy to enhance AppOmni's digital presence and website performance, while implementing modern, AI-enhanced workflows to streamline the design process for high-profile events like Black Hat.
Process:  Managed website optimizations and Figma system updates. For the Black Hat booth experience, developed a concept board and strategically utilized Midjourney AI to generate initial visual assets, allowing for rapid prototyping and exploration of design directions. Directed the refinement of these AI-generated visuals for booth design, digital panel animations, and supporting materials.
Results: Successfully integrated AI into the event design workflow for Black Hat, increasing efficiency in visual asset creation and enabling the exploration of a wider range of creative concepts. Contributed to an enhanced digital brand presence for AppOmni through website improvements and a scalable design system.
