This project was all about making it easier for people already using Microsoft tools to seamlessly integrate DocuSign eSignatures into their workflows. As Director of Design, I led the creative charge, ensuring a unified and intuitive experience for Microsoft users.
We used a multi-channel marketing approach, crafting compelling visuals for social media campaigns, and executing targeted email marketing to build excitement and drive adoption.
Event activations further emphasized the seamless integration, showing users how DocuSign enhanced, not disrupted, their existing Microsoft workflows. The goal was to dramatically increase user adoption and conversions, and the campaign was a resounding success.
