Project Overview: Directed the creation of tangible and engaging assets for a MongoDB internal culture campaign focused on celebrating and reinforcing the company's core values. This initiative aimed to strengthen the internal understanding and adoption of the brand while enhancing employee morale.
Process: Led the design and production of a diverse set of materials, including impactful posters designed in Photoshop, cohesive layouts for InDesign print materials, and appealing designs for company wearables. Additionally, oversaw the creation of launch assets to effectively introduce the campaign to employees.
Results: The visually driven campaign effectively communicated and celebrated MongoDB's internal values through tangible assets like posters and wearables. This led to improved employee understanding and adoption of the brand values, ultimately contributing to a more positive and engaged internal culture.
