Project Overview: Most brand systems fail before they're finished. Teams work around them, agencies ignore them, and the designer ends up rebuilding the same assets on deadline. At AppOmni and Secureframe, the brief was to build infrastructure that actually gets used. Both companies were in cybersecurity. Both had fast-moving marketing teams and no design foundation. The work was the same: audit what exists, rebuild for scale, measure what changes.
Results: AppOmni: Scroll depth 10% to 76%. Page engagement up 40%. Build time from 10 days to 3.
Secureframe: Landing page conversion up 30%. Delivery efficiency improved 22%. Review cycles from 5 days to 1. Ad hoc requests down 40%.
