Project Overview: I implemented innovative art direction and interactive design strategies for Marriott International's extensive portfolio of US and international websites. The primary focus was to align the online experience with the company's overarching business and marketing goals, incorporate valuable customer feedback, and adhere to industry best practices in web design and user experience.
Process: I was responsible for defining and implementing the visual direction and interactive elements across Marriott's digital platforms. This involved managing a team of designers, conducting thorough usability testing to understand user behavior, analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement, and continuously iterating on the design to optimize user journeys and achieve business objectives.
Results: The implementation of innovative design strategies and a focus on user experience led to continuous improvements across Marriott's US and international websites. This resulted in a more engaging and user-friendly online presence, contributing to elevated brand perception and customer engagement. Notably, several of the websites designed under my art direction received industry recognition and awards.
